Sayed Ammar al Hakim, the head of Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, paid a visit to ORSAM on October 11, 2010. Al Hakim gave a speech at ORSAM's meeting in Rixos Hotel Ankara, and mostly focused on the government formation process in Iraq. Al Hakim also shared his views on the postponed population census, Turkey's constributions to the stability in Iraq, Iraqi oil reserves and the status of Kirkuk.
