A closed joint meeting was held at ORSAM with the participation of a French delegation composed of Joseph Maïla and David Béhar from Head of the Policy Planning Directorate of the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, First Counsellor Bernard Chappedelaine, First Secretary Catherine Corm-Kammoun and Beatrice Garapon from Embassy of French in Ankara on Decemver 4, 2012. At the meeting the recent developments in Syria and Turkish foreign policy, the rising tension between KRG and Iraq central government and Turkish approach, Israel-Palestine issue, Gulf countries’ approaches to Arab Spring and the current issues in Lebanon had been discussed.
