After graduating from Kabataş High School for Boys, Öztuna obtained bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and International Relations from Beykent University in 2003. He continued his master’s studies in Chinese Politics at Fudan University in the People’s Republic of China. After working for ten years in international trade in Shanghai, China, he earned a master’s degree in International Trade from Istanbul Commerce University in 2018. Öztuna, who then pursued his doctoral studies in Political Theory at East China Normal University (ECNU) in China, currently serves as Advisor to the President and Coordinator of Global Powers and Middle East Studies at ORSAM.
