Sümeyye Çengel Özmen

She graduated from the Faculty of Theology at Marmara University in 2018. In 2024, she completed her master’s degree in the Department of Political Science and Public Administration at the same university with a thesis titled “Histadrut: An Influential Labor Union in the Founding of Israel.” Özmen spent time in Amman and Haifa for short-term language training programs. She is proficient in Arabic and English and has an intermediate command of Hebrew. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in the Department of Middle Eastern Political History and International Relations at the Institute of Middle Eastern and Islamic Countries Studies, Marmara University.
