Cooperation Protocol was signed between ORSAM and Al-Nahrain Center

ORSAM, adding a new one to its national and international steps, signed a cooperation protocol with Al-Nahrain Center, a think tank that is connected to the Iraqi Undersecretariat of Public Security. Signed on 26 March 2015 by the president of Al-Nahrain Center Hamza Serif Al-Cuburi and the political director of Al-Nahrain Center Hüseyin Aslan during their visit to ORSAM, with the protocol it was aimed to provide the necessary conditions and the environment for the parties to conduct activities and to facilitate the exchange of ideas in the fields of international relations, international law and policy. By this protocol; it was aimed to create cooperation fields which would contribute to the states of each research centers, coordinate and improve the common research projects, organise joint forums, conferences, symposium, and workshops, provide publications, enable a robust exchange of information between the two states, enhance cooperation with the mutual exchange of experts and ensure the participation of other institutions and organisations in order to develop the mutual scientific dialogue.
