On September 28, 2016, a delegation from the Provincial Council of Kirkuk visited ORSAM. President of ORSAM Saban Kardas, Head of Turkmeneli Cultural Center Mustafa Ziya, ORSAM Researcher Bilgay Duman and ORSAM Research Assistant Tuna Aygun attended the meeting. Visiting delegation was informed about ORSAM's activities. In addition to that, regional developments, Havijah and Mosul operations, Iraq's fight against ISIS, Kiskuk's status, and Turkey's policy vis-á-vis Iraq were also discussed.
