Alon Ben-Meir, Professor of International Relations and Middle Eastern Studies at New York University and the Middle East Project Director of World Policy Institute, has visited ORSAM on 11 December 2009. A roundtable discussion was held with Ben-Meir about the recent developments on Israeli- Palestinian conflict, current opportunities and obstacles for peace, the situation in Gaza, the situation between Hamas and Fatah and Turkey’s role in the resolution of the conflict.
