SDE (Institute of Strategic Thinking) Academy Visit to ORSAM

A group of students from SDE Academy, established within the Institute of Strategic Thinking on April 27th, 2014, paid a visit to ORSAM within the scope of their “Weekly Event Schedule”. The meeting which took place with the participation of Dr. Tuğba Evrim Maden, ORSAM Water Research Programme Hydropolitics Researcher, started with the introduction of ORSAM.  
 
Following the introduction of ORSAM research programs, summer school and internship programs to the students; also Syria crisis and its impacts on neighboring countries, Syrian immigrants, Turkey's Foreign Policy in the context of the Middle East and the water issue across the world and the Middle East were assessed with relative examples during the meeting.
