Nurbanu Kesgin


Nurbanu Kesgin earned her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Relations from Ufuk University in 2017 with first place in both the department and the faculty. Currently, she is pursuing her Master’s degree in International Relations at Ufuk University. Kesgin was a research assistant in the Gulf Studies Coordination Unit at ORSAM between 2019 and 2021, and currently serves as the assistant to the president and the Editor of Middle East Analysis, a monthly journal published by ORSAM.

She interned at the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TİKA), the Foundation for Political, Economic and Social Research (SETA) and the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM). She also attended the winter school organised by the Centre for Strategic Research (SAM) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkey.

She is fluent in English.
